In Toronto, there is a nightly news magazine called T.O. Night aimed at the commuter crowd. One of the
features that it contains is a section called Shout Out where readers can send a short message, rant, note...
to someone, or to anyone...

I started sending Shout Outs to the woman that I am in love with. Not all of them are published in
T.O. Night - and once the magazine is tossed, so too is the shout out...

As always..

To The Lady on the Train,
I am so very glad that you are in my life. The trains accordion the distance between us: when they bring us closer I am grateful for them; when they pull us apart I curse them.
You will read this as you pull away... So until the distance collapses, I will wait...
