About this blog

In Toronto, there is a nightly news magazine called T.O. Night aimed at the commuter crowd. One of the
features that it contains is a section called Shout Out where readers can send a short message, rant, note...
to someone, or to anyone...

I started sending Shout Outs to the woman that I am in love with. Not all of them are published in
T.O. Night - and once the magazine is tossed, so too is the shout out...

Here are most of the shout outs that I have submitted - and some of my other writings to
The Lady on the Train...

If ever there were words…

To The Lady on the Train

If ever there were words that made you feel ugly..
If ever there were words that made you fell less…
If ever there were words that made you feel unloved…
If ever there were words that almost broke you…

Know that you are beautiful.
Know that you are more than enough.
Know that you are absolutely loved.
Know that those words did not break you.

Know that those words made you stronger.

You are wondrous.
