In Toronto, there is a nightly news magazine called T.O. Night aimed at the commuter crowd. One of the
features that it contains is a section called Shout Out where readers can send a short message, rant, note...
to someone, or to anyone...

I started sending Shout Outs to the woman that I am in love with. Not all of them are published in
T.O. Night - and once the magazine is tossed, so too is the shout out...

I have missed you...

To The Lady on the Train,

I wish that I could tell you that I have missed you. But more than that, I wish to hear those words from you. I want to feel like you can't wait to see me in the same way that I can't wait to see you.

I know that I won't get that. I don't think that I will ever have someone miss me the way I want to be missed. And so I will concentrate on the immediate tasks at hand. I will keep my thoughts to getting the job done and know that I am appreciated.
